In a few weeks, the only produce the restaurant will use will be local, until after the harvest this fall. Meat is also sourced locally, when possible, including Mountain Shadow beef from the Dufur Valley and chinook salmon from the Klickitat River. The morning breakfast has become very popularsince it debuted two years ago.
